We hold stress, adversity, and trauma in our bodies. These adverse experiences, small or big, impact how we move about our lives. Somatic practices help us to calm and re-set our nervous systems. We can create strategies that help us to stay grounded in difficult situations. Coaching and Support groups give us an additional layer or tool for successfully moving into the best version of ourselves.
