Meghan is the owner of VIBE Gym and Wellness Collective. She has taught group fitness and personal training for years with hundreds of clients. She’s dabbled in various forms of exercise throughout her life, including triathlons, strongman competitions, CrossFit, powerlifting, marathons and more. She is most passionate about building confidence and community around wellness, and she works to provide accessible resources for people in a safe and loving environment.

Rachel is a certified personal trainer and has worked in the fitness industry for over three years in roles such as health coach, trainer and group fitness instructor.
One of her greatest accomplishments is losing fifty pounds and keeping it off for over 7 years. Help her practice Spanish, and she’ll love you forever.
Angelique is a NASM-certified personal trainer who is passionate about strength and lifting. She holds a BFA in dance and theater and has been in over 20 musicals and shows. Outside of work, she loves shopping at farmer's markets, taking dance classes and watching New Girl and Criminal Minds with her pitbull mix, Checkers.
Lyndsey is a Mindset Coach and Personal Trainer at VIBE. She is certified in Mindset Coaching and the Stress-Free Living program, and she holds a degree and certificate in personal training. Outside of work, she can be found backcountry snowboarding, rock climbing, camping, backpacking and hanging out with her girlfriend, awesome kids and cuddly cat, Diego. Lyndsey's family is Mexican and Italian so they have big feasts for holidays!
Tiara is an ACE-certified personal trainer specializing in mobility, brain health and women's health. Some of her proudest accomplishments are birthing a tiny human, moving across the country from her hometown and overcoming her social anxiety! You can usually find her exploring nature or singing at the top of her lungs to artists such as WILLOW, Joji and Glass Animals.
Jay is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and holds certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid. At VIBE, they are a Strength and Wellness Coach specializing in strength & barbell training, functional fitness and personalized programs.
Jay is proud to have helped elect the first out, LGBTQ, city councilwoman in Aurora history and a queer socialist to Denver City Council. They fell in love with weightlifting because it helped them focus on how they felt in their own body without competing.
Abby is a Certified Personal Trainer and the owner of Nurture Your Nature, a wellness program created to combat one-size-fits-all approaches and develop personalized plans aligned with one's true nature. Abby left her corporate finance job to start her own business and pursue her passion of empowering and training others.
Outside of the gym, Abby loves refurbishing Goodwill furniture, skiing and practicing yoga - especially while listening to reggae music and dreaming of the beach!
Shelby is a Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in weight management, specifically for bariatric patients. Shelby is also a wife, mom, United States Air Force Veteran and shot put and discus thrower!
Outside of the gym, Shelby loves to read and listen to music. Her favorite books are A Court of Mist and Fury tied with Fourth Wing. She identifies with the character Rebecca Yarros, as she considers herself a ‘medical unicorn’, and loves how Rebecca displays someone with real-life health issues!
