Meghan Nelson is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and the owner of VIBE Gym and Wellness Collective. She’s dabbled in various forms of exercise, including triathlons, strongman competitions, CrossFit, yoga, powerlifting and more, throughout her life.
Meghan loves shopping, traveling and finding new outdoor adventures. Her diet is plant-based, so share any delicious vegetarian/vegan recipes to find a way to her heart!
Rachel is a certified personal trainer and has worked in the fitness industry for over three years in roles such as health coach, trainer and group fitness instructor. She's Meg's partner in crime in all things VIBE.
One of her greatest accomplishments is losing fifty pounds and keeping it off for over 7 years. Help her practice Spanish, and she’ll love you forever.
Meg is a personal trainer at VIBE with NASM CPT, PES, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism certifications. She's also a yoga coach in Kundalini Yoga, Buti Yoga and prenatal and postnatal Yoga.
She's run the Burning Man 50k and the Boston Marathon. She loves to rollerskate, and she's also amazing at gluten-free baking. Send her your dietary needs and she'll bake you something amazing!
Lyndsey is a Mindset Coach and Personal Trainer at VIBE. She is certified in Mindset Coaching and the Stress-Free Living program, and she holds a degree and certificate in personal training. Outside of work, she can be found backcountry snowboarding, rock climbing, camping, backpacking and hanging out with her girlfriend, awesome kids and cuddly cat, Diego. Lyndsey's family is Mexican and Italian so they have big feasts for holidays!
Tiara is a child care supervisor certified in CPR/First Aid and AED. Previously, she led her own daycare classroom, and she is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. You can usually find her exploring in nature or singing at the top of her lungs to artists such as WILLOW and Glass Animals. Her dream is to one day own a self-sustainable homestead with just her family farm animals and plants.
Jay is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and holds certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid. At VIBE, they are a Strength and Wellness Coach specializing in strength & barbell training, functional fitness and personalized programs.
Jay is proud to have helped elect the first out, LGBTQ, city councilwoman in Aurora history and a queer socialist to Denver City Council. They fell in love with weightlifting because it helped them focus on how they felt in their own body without competing.
