Meghan (she/her)
Meghan is the owner of VIBE Gym and Wellness Collective. She has taught group fitness and personal training for years with hundreds of clients. She’s dabbled in various forms of exercise throughout her life, including triathlons, strongman competitions, CrossFit, powerlifting, marathons and more. She is most passionate about building confidence and community around wellness, and she works to provide accessible resources for people in a safe and loving environment.
Meghan loves shopping, traveling and finding new outdoor adventures.

Lyndsey (she/her)
Lyndsey is a Mindset Coach and Personal Trainer at VIBE. She is certified in Mindset Coaching and the Stress-Free Living program, and she holds a degree and certificate in personal training. Outside of work, she can be found backcountry snowboarding, rock climbing, camping, backpacking and hanging out with her girlfriend, awesome kids and cuddly cat, Diego. Lyndsey's family is Mexican and Italian so they have big feasts for holidays!

Michelle (she/her)
Michelle is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit L1 Coach, but her true passion and expertise is in women’s powerlifting. She also studied Mind, Body & Spirit Optimization at KionU.
Outside of the gym, Michelle practices mixed martial arts and loves hanging out with her small animal farm - she has dogs, ducks, and chickens at home!

Claire (she/her)
Claire is a physical therapist and Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist with advanced training in movement disorders. She completed the prestigious Schmidt Movement Disorders Fellowship—the only neurologic PT fellowship in the world—to specialize in helping people with Parkinson’s Disease.
Claire is passionate about improving lives through movement and creating personalized care that empowers her clients. Her approach is rooted in knowledge, compassion and a love for helping others feel strong and supported.
Outside the clinic, Claire enjoys hiking, skiing, running and camping with her family. She’s also a marathoner and garden enthusiast, raising her daughter to love the outdoors as much as she does.

Dana (she/her)
Dana is a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies. Her yoga journey began with intensive training in India, where she became certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Power and Yin styles. After a major cycling accident, Dana used yoga and strength work to rehabilitate herself.
Dana’s sessions are about deep muscle connection, functional mobility and creating space for both challenge and healing. When she’s not teaching, you can find her painting, climbing, hiking or dancing to K-pop.
She’s trekked the Annapurna Circuit, taught yoga in multiple countries, and believes in showing up fully—wherever you are. Her mantra? "Everywhere you go, there you are."
