We’ve added Slow Burn Vinyasa with Reina, a grounding, strength-building yoga class designed for all levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or coming back after time away.

Meet Reina, your new Denver yoga instructor


Reina has been teaching yoga in Denver since 2013 and brings years of experience to the VIBE community. She’s a certified 500-hour instructor, Reiki-trained, and known for creating classes that feel accessible, grounding, and empowering.


Her teaching focuses on:

  • clear alignment and supportive instruction

  • options for different bodies and experience levels

  • helping you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are


Whether this is your first yoga class or part of your regular movement routine, Reina makes it easy to settle in and feel supported.
